FlyingBird Brio is an offline arcade game. This privacy policy describes the data practices of the current app build.

FlyingBird Brio does not require an account and does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, SMS, call logs, or other sensitive personal information.

2. Local gameplay data

The app stores gameplay information locally on the device, including high scores, voyage progress, unlocked voyages, Sun Coins collected, per-voyage best scores, and sound preferences. This information is used only to provide game functionality and preserve progress.

3. Data sharing and selling

The current build does not intentionally transmit locally stored gameplay data to the developer or third parties and does not sell personal information.

4. Advertising, analytics, and accounts

The current build does not include advertising, account login, cloud sync, or third-party analytics services. If these features are added in a future release, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration must be reviewed and updated before release.

5. Permissions

The current build does not request sensitive permissions such as contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, SMS, or call logs.

6. Children

FlyingBird Brio does not intentionally request personal information from children. Any future changes to audience or data practices will be reflected in this policy.

7. Data retention and deletion

Gameplay data remains on the device until the user clears the app storage or uninstalls FlyingBird Brio.

8. Security

We limit data handling to local information necessary for the app to function.

9. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated when app features, SDKs, or data practices change.
